How to fill a database information custom field with JIRA REST

I want to fill a database information custom field with REST API.

/rest/api/2/issue

I filled other types of custom fields, such as; summary or text fields.

Howver, I can not find any database custom field example.

Im not aware that there is a database type of customfield.

If you want to fill a customfield with api make sure the customfield is on the create or edit screen.

Look for editmeta in your link
