How to filter all filters and dashboards shared with everyone

Hello, I know this question is asked before and I have seen solution described in this article https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-get-list-of-all-filters-shared-with-everyone-808486334.html, but I don't know where to put this solution. Where do I put these parts of coding? I expect to get a list of all filters and dashboards which are "shared with everyone", so I can work on further with this list.  I'm not that experienced with Jira yet. I'm using Jira Software 7.1.10. Thanks already!

Hi Sandra,

This KB explains steps you can take within the SQL database that Jira is using on the backend to store this data.   Jira could be setup to use a number of different database types, such as MySQL, Postgresql, Microsoft's SQL, or Oracle's SQL.

If you are not comfortable with this, then I would reach out to your database administrator (if you have one).  They would be more readily able to run these SQL queries and provide you with the results in return.

Andy
