How to filter comments only given by external users

I am trying to filter issues with certain comment phrases (Eg : Reopen) which are only added by external users. Is this is possible ?

What do you mean by external users?

My bad.. found out we have a grouping using security levels. So when I use 'level' as 'External' I managed to filter comments. Thanks a lot for responding.
