How to filter out test cases whcih are assigned to a specific person from xray test execution?

I'm not looking for test runs which is assigned to a specific person , need some way to find out the test cases which are assigned to a specific person ( not test runs) . 

When I tried to filter with assignee, it give results that test runs which got assigned , 

Kindly help me here

Test Cases are more of a Zephyr thing than xray, do you mean Test Plans?

In xray you assign the test executions, not necessarily the plan.  In the Test work item (issue) type, there are three different assignee fields to filter on.

TE assignee	the display name of the assignee of the Test Execution associated to the Test Run
Assignee	(Full) Name of the user who was assigned to the Test Run
Executed by	(Full) Name of the user who has executed the Test Run
