My QA team needs a way to track which projects use the Xray Test Management For Jira app. No one on the team has Admin access so they are not able to use the Xray app interface available within the Jira Admin console itself. Is there a way for them to independently generate this data? A JQL query maybe?
Our Admins don't want to be on the hook for providing this information regularly and we want to avoid giving someone on the QA team full Admin access to our Jira instance.
Thanks in advance!
Do you have ScriptRunner available? You could use the custom REST Endpoint to generate a HTML page (which could be available only if you are in a specific user group) which shows the content you desire, e.g. a list of all projects using the issuetype Test or something similar.
Hi @Dorene Watson and welcome to the Community!
I'm not aware of a specific way to find this but here are some suggestions:

Thanks Laurie. We've thought of those, but don't want to give access to all projects or own the report ourselves. Looks like we may have to though.
