How to find issues that are in more than 1, 2, 3, ... sprints

Hi, 

I would like to retrieve all issues that cannot close within one sprint. Sometimes, the issue will drag in more than 2 sprints. I cannot find a proper query for it. All I can find is "Sprint in closedSprints() AND Sprint in openSprints()" but this query is not good enough i want to find sprints - x.
