How to find issues where a given user added comments?

How do I define a search listing issues where a given (list of) user(s) added comments?

Without having to use yet another plugin, that is...?

I'm pretty sure JIRA does not have that and you're stuck with plugins:

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
