How to find sultion for Error parsing export file jira
Hey everyone !
I have two Jira enviroment 'Production' and 'Test' with the same version 8.11.1 and both is Datacenter ,
I did export for Production and procsess complete,
but the restore procsess in Test enviroment is faild,
"Error parsing export file. Your export file is invalid. This may be due to a CDATA bug in older versions of JIRA (http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-4980). Exception is org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 1; columnNumber: 1; Content is not allowed in prolog"
