How to fix my columns after adding a filter

I created a filter for my board (FINALLY got the right filter and was so excited) but then the columns are all messed up. I can add columns but then it won't let me drag a ticket into certain columns. How do I add columns that will also allow me to drag and drop my tickets into the correct columns? I need 9 columns that I can drag and drop my ticket into. Currently, it only allows me to drag and drop into 3 columns. Thanks in advance for any help or insight!

Hi @Becky Chittick,

Go to your board settings (where you got the filter in place) and from the left hand side there select columns:

Click the Add column button just above the unmapped statuses box to add a column. It will appear in between In Progress and Done in the example above.

Just click the name of a column to update its description to anything you like. And then drag the statuses from your workflow(s) to the corresponding columns.

Once everything is in place, click the Back to board link in the top right corner. And you should be all set up to start dragging and dropping issues across your workflow.
