How to flag the not Agile/Board/Kanban issue?

I need to flag issues. I only see that it is possible only if you have Agile module installed. We don't use Agile. We use JIRA for engineering processes management. Should I just use radio button or check box fields or there is something else? Probably add-on?

You could use any of the custom field types as long as you are able to identify it clearly. However, there wouldn't be any visual indicator as compared to flagging an issue via Agile
