How to forbid to log work of a task if the task is not in sprint(Board)?

I know that it is possible to forbid to log work by status of task using:

Property Key        jira.permission.work.denied
Property Value     denied

However, I would like to prohibit an user to log work on tasks which are not in sprint(Board)?

How can I do it?

I can use ScriptRunner.
