How to freeze scenario in Plans?

We do use Plans as a tool to do the priority of ticket in our teams.

For exemple :

We have several scenario A, B, C. After planning we choose scenario C as the one we will follow and we are commited.

After few month we would like to do a review of this Scenario C compare to the current evolution.

However scenario C has not been freeze and we cannot compare an "image" of this scenario C.

Is it possible to freeze scenario C so that all changes in current planning do not interfere on the scenario C ?

Idea would be to identify new Issues, due dates changes,t entative issues
