How to generate Xray - Test Execution report in Jira cloud

Firstly thank you for spending time here, In my Jira Kanban framework we have two separate project which has some links in tests. We created one filter which returns test execution and test issues. when I used this filter and create X-ray - testexecution report, when I clicked on Generate report button it shows No record found. But when i run the filter in Jql search box it shows issues with count. Please let me know why it is showing No records found and please tell me the solution for this then it would be great.
