How to generated API token on Jira server ?

Hi all,

I have got some documentation to generate API token on Jira Cloud. https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-api-tokens-for-your-atlassian-account/

I'm using Jira server (Jira v8.13.4) and want to generate API token.  Can I generate an API token for Jira account ?.

Hi @Sushmitha 

It's not possible to do it with your current version. You will need an app 

If you have a version more recent than 8.14 you can use the built-in feature.

The app add more control over the token.
