How to get additional cloud sites to appear in migration assistant "choose destination site."

I am attempting to complete a cloud migration, and the Cloud Migration assistant only depicts a single option in the Cloud Destination picker

What steps do you follow to add additional sites to the picker, if you have more than one potential target site. I.e. performed a test migration to a "-test" cloud site, but now need to perform the new migration to the final production site?

Did you try clicking on the Choose cloud site button below that field?

You will need to have sufficient permissions to the destination site in order to be able to select it.
