How to get all projects with a specific permission scheme using REST API?

We have JIRA cloud and use a scheme for archiving projects, which is basically a workaround. I'm creating a Power BI report on project data but I haven't been able to get how to do it from API documentation.

Any ideas? Or a better way to archive projects :)

I will put them in the Archive project category since that marks them in UI and in the database easily. So thanks anyway. Although, if someone does have a better way to archive projects, please don't be shy :)
