How to get an extension on the trail version

Hello. 

I was doing an evaluation on the 30 day trial cloud version and my jira admin mentioned that he got a notice that the trail version will expired before the expected the 30 days. So we decided to uninstall it so that we don't get billed, since we didn't get a full 30 days to complete our evaluation. 

I would love to continue my evaluation so that I can provide my feedback executive management this week. 

Questions: 

1) Is there any way I can get an extension on the trial version? 

2)If yes, Can we just reinstall the application or we need another license? 

Any insight is greatly appreciate it.
