How to get comments updated by Jira users in the result along with Issue key, Summary and Assignee

I need to get latest comments updated by Jira users in the result along with Issue key, Summary and Assignee so that I can send download the report in CSV and send the status report to my manager onsite.

This question has been asked multiple times on this forum, you can use paid plugins like Script runner or free plugin like Automation Lite to have the last comment custom field and have that field in the issue navigator view.
