How to get complete traceability Matrix using Jira

Hi Experts,

We use Jira to create epic, stories and in Jira, the issues are linked using the JIRA relationship like Implements, relates, related, blocked, etc.

Now we are asked to create a Traceability Matrix in confluence. Please can you provide step by step process to achieve this?

Thank you @G subramanyam  much appreciated. Please can you suggest one which uses my current setup of using issue linking? As it would be huge work to change or add process as this means several hours of work per person. In short can you please recommend a freely available feature that creates the traceability matrix from the Jira issue linking? Thanks a ton. The information you gave is found when I searched but this is overwhelming to me what to recommend, that is free and use my existing process.
