How to get copied custom fields to show on customer side of a linked issue

We want the custom fields that are copied from the initial issue to show on the customer side. They are currently only showing on the back end.

Might need a little more information here:

• When you say initial Issue, what do you mean?
• Is this a Jira Service Management Project? With Customers only getting access via the Request Portal?
