How to get correct project key from context on task create

Task raised when sprint view is open defaults to project on last task creation.   The expected behaviour is that the task create will pick up the project key from the page it is launched from.  This means a frequent flow of tasks raised in the wrong queue which screws up reporting.

Is there a setting or method to get this to happen
