How to get deleted list of Jira Issues in past one day or based on parameterized date by using API. I don't want to restore them, but want list of PKEY or ISSUEID of the deleted tickets/issues.

There is no such feature in the API, when an issue is deleted.

You can look at marketplace apps that provide this option, like;

By default, Jira does not track deleted issues, deleted issues are lost forever and as far as I know there is no API that gives the list of deleted issues.

If you want to restore your deleted issues, you can try Restore Deleted Issues app developed by our team. In order for this app to work, the app must have been installed before the issue is deleted.

After you install this app,

• Both bulk and single issue deletions are logged.
• You can see when and by whom issues are deleted.
• You can recover summary, description, comments except attachments.

If you just want to track but not restore the deleted issues, you can use Track Deleted Issues app. After you installed this app, it provides audit log for deleted issues (both bulk and single issue deletions) and you can see when and by whom issues are deleted.
