How to get issues that have restricted comments of a group?

Hi Everyone,

for a newly request of project leads we have to change comment restrictions Jira site-wide. An old group needs to be deleted but there are tremendous tickets that have restricted comments by that group. We'll change these restriction to the Member role.

Do you know a way (e.g. SQL query or groovy, etc.) that results the list of those issues? Or maybe a script which swap the group to the Member role?
