How to get list of JIRA Cloud Projects that are Private?

Is it possible to use the API to get a list of Projects where isPrivate=false or true?

Is there a filter option on rest/api/3/project/search?

That confirms my suspicion after some more investigation that isPrivate is not related to the Access Level (OPEN, LIMITED, PRIVATE) which is what I'm trying to determine. Thanks for sharing.
