How to get quickfilters in agile board

We use Jira Cloud for one and Jira Server for another project. In Jira Cloud we have the avatars of our users and can quickly filter by them [pic1]. In Jira Server these kind of filter is not present [pic2] and we could not figure out, how to activate it. I hope someone can help.

The user filters are a Cloud-only function (for now)

You can do it manually, by creating a filter for each person, but it's a bit clunky.
