Hi,
It all depends what is "Work Started" for you. Is it the moment that issue is moved from "To Do" status to "In Progress"? If yes, so work started when issue got "In Progress" status and you can check this time at Activity tab.

We can all those in the Issue. My requirement is to know the Work Started time of the issue. Means Once the Status changed, That will the starting time of the issue .
Or any other suggested way.

Hi,
you can simply look at History or Activity tab directly on the issue - you have all changes on the issue with their dates.
