How to get the Jira Instance for a new connection?

I need to create a new JIRA connection on Microsoft Power Automate so that I can work on creating a new automation between my JIRA tickets and an Excel Online spreadsheet.

When creating the new connection, the below window pops up asking for the shown fields to be filled. Where can I get this data from?
