How to get the complete user event history in Jira?

The information I need is:1. Events done by a particular user 

Duration: Oct 2020 - Dec 2020

3. Events types:   

a. If it's possible, please extract all.   

b. If it's not possible, please include below:       

Project: creation/deletion, Users and groups: All, Permissions: All, email channels: All, Data pipeline: All.

You are going to need to find an app for that, or write your own code, something that can read all the different places you've named as being important.

You'll also need to bear in mind that some of this stuff is only recorded in the audit log and hence lost after a while, as it clears out old entries, and some of it is not recorded at all - sent emails for example (and I've no idea what you might mean by "data pipeline"

What problem are you actually trying to solve here?

There is plugin called Better excel exporter. which will enable you to extract all the change log related to Issues.
