Hi ,

We are planning to move to JIRA from zendesk and currently we are testing csv import functionality which is available under system tab in JIRA administration menu. Everything is importing correctly but attachment . We have removed the authentication requirement in Zendesk that means all the attachment are available publicly and accessible by JIRA server. Please try this https://cdunilibrary.zendesk.com/attachments/token/VhjIV5EO2fHkRhqsmi7VYAvbn/?name=web+form+28+july.JPG .  We have used the same URL in our csv file  but while saving the attachment it uses the token id as the name of the file without any extension. Please suggest what we can do to get the file name instead of token number .

Thank you in advance for any help or guidance you may provide.

Regards,
Ujjal Kandel
