How to get the user list in jira with Groups and assign the same permission after AD integrate

I would like to integrate the AD to Jira , Presently the Users are on Jira directory. I have tred to export the user list with the "Better Excel Plugin for JIRA" plugin for jira and I have the the list.

After integrating to AD I need to give the same permission to the users who have earlier for the projects (User id in Jira directory and AD are identical 

example : user1 is available in Jira directory  and after integrating with AD the AD also have user1 the same permission should be replicated.
