How to get versions fields aligned or to be located on same section

Hi,

Is there a way to get version fields aligned or to be located on same section?

Assuming, having the followed fields: Affected Version/s, Fix Version/s, Affeted Drop & Fixed Drop, thought to be on same section.

However:

1.Affected ver(Right) & Fix ver(Middle of screen), located differntly. 

2.While Affected drop & Fixed drop, located a few rows below.

3.Even difault values aren't displayed.

So, it's annoying the end users.
