We have created an Admin group for a team at the office who will need to have all administrative rights but we want the team to have a unique group name and don't want to add them to the site-admin group.
Please note the team has been added to the "Jira administration" section in "Application access configuration".
Any assistance here would be appreciated as right now I have to create groups for all team members and set up access permissions for their groups which is less than ideal for the team.

Following up on this - please advise. The PMs need to be able to create users but they aren't able to right now even though the PMO Group has all the permissions in Jira's Global Permission Setting
