How to give restriction for user not to be able to browse other project that not assigned

We use AWS as the Jira Server.

We install Jira Software 8.12.2 version, please kindly advise us how to give restriction for user not to be able to browse, access, view other project that not assigned ?

Jira's permissions are permissive, not restrictive.

You will need to work through your permission schemes, making sure that the users do not automatically get access to any project that should not have global access (this usually means checking and removing "any logged in user" or groups like "jira users" or "jira software users" that are there so the users can log in as well)

Once you've got that done, you will be able to create users who have access to nothing other than the projects you add them to.
