How to go back to simplified Workflow in a project

Hi, I need to ask if it is possible to go from the newly created project where I modified the workflow to a V1.0 and want to go back to the default Simplified Workflow so the project administrator can update the workflow himself?  

When I click on use simplified workflow I get this screenshot.
