Hello,
I am currently in the process of rolling out a Jira service desk board, and as part of the process we have approvers at different stages for each ticket that comes through.
What I wanted to do was set the system up so that the approver of a ticket can only see their tickets and not anyone else's as this board will be used across different departments.
Is there any way this can be done and if so how. Guides, tutorials welcome please.
