How to grant permission to the JIRA archive issues

Hi, I found our project doesn't grant permission for the archive issues, and we certain need it. How can I implement it. our project is https://fcr-jira.systems.uk.hsbc/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=15669&projectKey=CAA

If you are not a Jira admin, reach out to the one in your organisation. The permission scheme used in your project need to be adjusted.
