How to group by week and calculate date difference between fields

Hello,

I want to show a metric using JQL of number of issue completed each week, as well as show the average number of days it takes to complete the issues that were completed that week. So this requires two things: grouping the completed dates by week and counting, and calculating the date difference between the start and end date.

Any help is much appreciated?
