Hi All,

I need some help or ideas to handle one Situation.

I have a Kanban board for grooming and the outcome of this board are Redy stories for my Scrum board.

The Situation is that for the Kanban and Scrum board I need to create a Roadmap.

Im using Portifolio on Jira and for each storie it is just possible to have one date.

As I do not want to have to 2 stories (one for grromming and another for development) for the same purpose, how to handle this Situation ?

Thanks,

Eduardo

Hi @Eduardo

How are you looking to visualise the dates here? Target Ready vs Target Delivery?

I would consider if you need a "Target Ready" date if this is the case. It's not usual for stories to need a ready date - moreover, they just need to be ready prior to a sprint / sprint planning.

So you could plan a few sprints ahead - and view "Target Ready" as prior to the start of the sprint a story fits into?

Hi Stephen,

Yes, i need to demonstrate in a Roadmap the "Target ready" and "Target delivery".

I know that is not usual, but i have an unusual situation. I'm Product owner the developer (till i get some funding) 😔

All resources from my product has gone.

So, I'd to grooming some stories, code and let available for testing.

Do you know if is possible to see both dates in Jira project roadmap ?

Thank you very much for your support,

Eduardo
