We are using JIRA cloud version. We have a requirement where we need to track and report on SLA. Unfortunately after checking on this did not find any add-ons or configuration available for JIRA normal project. All are based on server or Service Desk.
We are not looking for Service Desk, Is there a way we can have SLA reporting for Normal JIRA project.?

There's no real way to do this. You can mess around with some calculated fields, but SLAs are only really implemented by Service Desk.
