Ok so I’m use to not being an admin but I can’t figure out how to make a standard email a support email to have people send in support issues

I am not sure I understand correctly what you are asking for. Are you asking how to use a custom email address to open tickets in Jira or just how to create tickets by email or anything else?
Please provide as many details as possible of what you are trying to achieve.
