How to have customized JQL for backlog section on dashboard ?

Am able to create all the tasks but few tasks are disappearing from backlog section.

My workflow as the following statuses

01. Triage

02. Open

03. In progress

04. closed

I want to list all the issue types where the sprint is 'empty' and status is in 'Triage'

Hi @Shravan Kumar Boragala,

What about the below JQL

project =  "Test"  AND   Sprint   is  EMPTY  AND  status  = Triage

Should return all issues from a Test project where the sprint is empty and status is in Triage.

Thanks @[deleted]

But is there any way to set this jql for backlog section by default

By default, the backlog would be using some JQL to populate. Is there any to modify that JQL?

Hi @Shravan Kumar Boragala,

  1. Go to the desired board, then click  Board >  Configure.
  2. Click the name of the filter displayed in the Saved Filter field. A pencil icon will appear when you hover over it.
  3. Choose a different filter for your board. Press the Enter key when finished.

For more information, you can refer to Configuring a board page.
