How to have the same status of epic as per user stories under it

I suggest you try the plug-in to do that.

This post function will trigger a transition on a related issue. It can be very powerful in conjunction with the Create a Linked Issue post function to 'connect' the workflows of 2 issues.

@Abhishek GuptaBase on the work flow the issue type EPIC is  using make sure the status development  is in the  work-flow then just add a transition in work flow that will  allow you move to  the status  development.
