How to hide Comment links on JIRA?

Hello there,

I need to hide all available Comment links on JIRA. It is needed because users must comment an issue via a workflow action.

I tried to disable the module 'View Issue Ops Bar Comment Link (comment-issue)' in the Issue Operation plugin.

However it does not remove the Comment link under the Activity tab of an issue, while it seems to work fine at the top and in the issue operations menu.

Does anyone have a clue on that?

Whatever the workflow action does, maybe you can implement it as a listener. Then at least you can have some projects that use this workflow, and others not, but the others can still comment.
