There is a section at a ticket screen

The question is how to disable this secton. I don't want' to see it in the issue screen.

Disable mentions – The functionality is provided by a plugin called the 'Confluence Mentions Plugin'. If you need to remove the user mention functionality from your site, you can disable the plugin. See Disabling or Enabling a Plugin.

I can't disable the plug-in probably due to it system. Is it another way to disable "mentioned on" section or this plugin?

It appears you can only disable the `Confluence Mentions Notifications` in the Server or Datacenter versions. This doesn't work in the Cloud version.
