Hi,

I want my Epic to be closed only when all the task User Stories are done and also when it is done a Screen should come up to get some details. Now using jira automation I am able to restrict my Epic to be marked as Done using the below Automation but still have 2 problems

1. When someone moves the epic to done it accepts it then automation run and until the person refreshes he would not get any notification that the epic is not marked as done.

2. Let's Assume the Person marking epic has closed all the tasks but now on epic I am not able to open a screen for further details. I can do that for tasks using screen creation but not for epics.

Hi @Vimal Kumar

To hide transitions based on statues, you need to update the workflow conditions: https://youtu.be/1ZKVN0VeaB4

Now you may have to get a plugin such as jmwe to check that linked stories are all completed in order to show.
