How to hide comment field in Jira pop-up screen?

We are using pop-up screen in Jira workflow status change. It always has a comment in the screen by default. Can I hide it?

Hi @Jason Liu , 

you can't remove it natively. 
On server / DC, if you have an app like scriptrunner, you can remove it with their feature called behaviours.
