How to hide fields for creating issue, but show them for view / edit issue

How do I hide fields for creating issues, but show them for view / edit issues? I would like to make it easier to report issues, but keep the advanced options for editing.

Hi Harry

You have to have separate screens, so you would have one screen just for Create (with a smaller number of fields) and then another screen for View / Edit which shows all the fields.
