Hello together,
we are using the latest Version of Time-to-SLA and fo course Jira Server, but we are facing a beauty fault in our Dashboards and/or on Tickets.
As you can see on the following Screenshot the Prio 3 Time to first Response is finished and valid. Does anyone has an idea to hide those finished SLA`s?

Why you want to hide these SLAs? To be honest this is the first time that I hear that someone wants to hide some SLAs. From what I know, you can't hide these with an out-of-the-box functionality.
Hi Alex,
I don't want to hide the SLA's so that they are "gone", but just hide them once completed. We have a clarity problem in many dashboards because the SLAs (two to be exact) make the ticket columns extremely stretched instead of staying neatly in one row.
This is really just a graphical problem, not a technical one.
