How to hide options of a custom field depending on the current date

Hi,

I want to hide some custom field values depending on the current date of the issue.

Example : we have single select custom field with options "Option 1", "Option 2", "Option 3" if the current date is Greater than 25/1/21  then hide "option 2".

The only way you will be able to do this is with the ScriptRunner Behaviours add-on.
