Sub-Tasks panel is usually called just Sub-Tasks, are you using a plugin to sort the sub-tasks if so which one?

Hi Issa,

from the look of it, I'd argue that this comes from a third-party app called Issue Matrix and is not a default Jira feature. So it's best to reach out to an administrator to address this.
